The owners of Casa del Jade, Gerald Leech and Maria Elena de Leech, have always had a high sense of Social Responsibility. Since the beginning of the business, Casa del Jade has had an educational fund to promote improving education among all our collaborators. The fund provides for up to 90% of the costs of schooling from 1st grade through High School and for a significient % of costs for college education depending on circumstances. Casa del Jade has an emergency fund available to all employees to help with personal or family emergencies. All employees have the right to borrow up to 3 times base salary for up to a year interest free.
